Germany

Launched as part of the Moov&Smile project, the Siel Bleu Association in Germany is making good progress.

Currently based in and around Leipzig, the company is growing all the time, and may well be able to expand to other cities in the near future!

ASBL GymSANA was the first Siel Bleu "antenna"! Created in 2008, it support more than 2,500 beneficiaries a week in Wallonia and Brussels-Capital in over 231 locations.

It was the meeting between Jean-Daniel and Lorenzo that led to the creation of GAPBleu, a new Siel Bleu entity. Their desire? To combine Adapted Physical Activity with dance.

It was through an Ashoka International training on innovation and health care in the world that Manish discovered Siel Bleu. Convinced, he embarked on the adventure with a mission: to create a sustainable, autonomous structure in order to redistribute the benefits to people living in poverty without access to basic infrastructure, food, clothing and Adapted Physical Activity.
